1. What is the Monaco Symposium on Luxury?
The Monaco Symposium on Luxury is a biennial academic and business event organized by the International University of Monaco, where leading researchers and senior executives of luxury brands share ideas on the trends, challenges and innovations shaping the luxury industry. The 7th edition (22–24 April 2027) is organized around the theme “Luxury in the Age of Disruption: Rethinking Value in a Changing World”.

2. When and where is the event held?
The event is held once every two years at the International University of Monaco. The next event will take place from 22nd April until 24th April 2027. For more information on this please check the agenda.

3. How can I register for the event?
Online registration for the 2027 edition will open soon on the Registration page of this website. Early registration is recommended due to limited availability. The early bird rate (€680) is available until 27th February 2027; the standard rate (€790) applies from 28th February 2027, and online registration closes on 25th March 2027.

4. What is included in the registration fee?
The registration fee includes access to all academic sessions and symposium activities, keynote sessions and round tables, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches during the Symposium, the welcome reception, and the gala dinner and networking events.

5. Who are the keynote speakers?
Keynote speakers include leading international scholars, industry leaders and experts in the luxury sector. The speakers of the 2027 edition will be announced on the Speakers page as they are confirmed.

6. Are there any networking opportunities?
Yes, the symposium includes dedicated networking events such as cocktail receptions, gala dinner and breakout sessions.

7. What accommodation options are available?
Accommodation information for the 2027 edition will be published on the Venue & Accommodation page. Hotels are available both in Monaco and in nearby Beausoleil. Details can be found on the Accommodation page of our website.

8. Can I become a sponsor for the event?
Yes, sponsorship opportunities are available. Please check our ‘become a partner’section and contact the event organisers for more information on sponsorship packages and benefits.

9. Is there a dress code for the event?
Business attire is recommended for all symposium sessions and networking events.

11. Can I present my research at the symposium?
Yes. Academics, doctoral students and practitioners can submit an extended abstract or a full paper through EasyChair by 30th November 2026. Formats, topics and the submission link are on the Call for Papers page. Authors will be notified by 15th January 2027.

12. What are the payment methods accepted for registration?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Detailed payment instructions are provided during the registration process.
